Sauerbier House

In 2022 was invited to participate in the Artist in Residency Program at Sauerbier House, in Port Noarlunga, South Australia, where had a studio space to develop a site-specific body of work.

Titled Variant, the exhibition was held, inspired by the natural surroundings of the Onkaparinga River, using photography as a medium and exploring the nature of reality through familiar objects and scenes.

The process of capturing images became a meditative practice—an introspective journey rather than mere documentation.

By perceiving the world with open eyes, the resulting images serve as a philosophical reflection on the internal landscape, transcending the external environment.
