  • Dry grown in the Barossa Valley, South Australia by Nev Pfeiffer.

    Hand picked and chilled for 24 hours in preparation for carbonic maceration, with 50% whole bunch..

    Kept through winter in stainless steel, with a portion matured in neutral French oak to allow malolactic fermentation.

    Bottled in December 2021 unfiltered and un-fined.
