  • First AMPA Rosé.

    Dry grown fruit from Tanunda's valley floor.

    70% Mataro - 30% Grenache.

    Hand-picked fruit, direct pressed and cold settled over a couple of nights. Co-fermented with natural-wild yeast in old French oak.

    Full malolactic fermentation.

    Except a minimal amount of sulphur added before bottling, this wine had zero additions. No fining and no filtration. 

    Fun wine to make. More so to drink.

    Nose: lemon, tangerine, ripe strawberry, and red berry jam.

    Palate: juicy palate with balanced acidity and savoury texture. Very dry.

    Pair well with whole baked barramundi with lemon juice.
